With diverse expertise and compassionate hearts, the Wiser Ways team aims to develop and refine evidence-based strategies for wellbeing and flourishing. With over 30 years of counselling and coaching experience, Andrew takes an intuitive and compassionate approach to helping others navigate life’s challenges. Hilary blends her love for research and writing with a deep passion for personal development and healthy relationships. Hanako
Hanako is an organisational powerhouse who keeps the office running smoothly. A Shakespeare enthusiast, she’s always up for literary debates. She also has a keen interest in Greek classical history, making her a wealth of knowledge on ancient and literary classics. With a perfect blend of organisational skill and intellectual curiosity, Hanako is a key asset to the team.
Kathryn
Kathryn is a research, evaluation, and program development professional with extensive experience in the non-government, university, and government sectors. She works as a Consultant with Wiser Ways, and is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Griffith Criminology Institute.
Lilly
Lily brings a wealth of practice administration experience and a naturally positive, approachable manner to our team. Her strong organisational skills, attention to detail and friendly personality help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our services. Lily is passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues and creating a welcoming environment.
